RVEPC Annual Meeting / Spouses Night
The program, to be presented by Cyrus Pace, Executive Director of the Jefferson Center, will include an update on the status and future goals of the Jefferson Center and its programs. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Jefferson Center prior to the meeting. The only official business to be conducted will be the election of officers for 2016-2017.
TO ATTEND: To assure a seat for dinner, you must RSVP at the "RSVP now" link below or via email by 4 PM, Friday, April 29th, 2016 to nlampros@martinhopkinsandlemon.com. Please indicate name of spouse / guest (if any) attending with you when you RSVP. If you require a vegetarian or other special diet meal, please indicate so in the "Special Requests" section of your RSVP or you will be charged extra for any changes made at the meeting.
CANCELLATIONS must be received by e-mail as noted above by 12 NOON, Monday, May 2nd. Failure to cancel by this date will cause you to be assessed a late penalty of $30.00.
