The CLE presentation will highlight a range of issues that lawyers and others need to consider when advising (i) not-for-profit clients, (ii) their officers, directors, and donors, and (iii) other clients who may have business dealings with not-for-profits.  This information will also be helpful for other audience members who serve on not-for-profit boards as they try to fulfill their fiduciary duties.

Bill Gray is a partner in the Richmond office of Hunton & Williams, LLP, where his law practice focuses on tax-exempt organizations, charitable giving, and estate planning and administration.  He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Rutgers College and a law degree from the University of Virginia.  Bill is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a founding director and former president of the Virginia Gift Planning Council, and member of the national board of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.
