RVEPC Social Night
We are excited to present a change to our normal social night where we invite spouses or significant others. This year's event will start at 5:45 with the social hour at Cabo Fish Taco (heavy hors d'oeurves and one drink ticket will be provided). We will then travel to Mill Mountain Theatre for the performance of Mama Mia! We will plan to start seating at 7 p.m. with the play starting at 7:30 p.m. This provides an opportunity for us to support our local arts! The RVEPC will cover the cost of the food and the play tickets, including those for your spouse or significant other.
Due to the nature of this event, we need a preliminary headcount by February 28th.
TO ATTEND: To assure a seat for dinner, you must make your reservation by 4 PM, Friday, March 22nd using the REGISTER NOW or RSVP function on this notice or via email to dlynch@tcva.com. If you require a vegetarian or other special diet meal, then please note such with your RSVP online in the “Special Requests” area or you may be charged extra for any changes made at the meeting.
CANCELLATIONS must be received by e-mail as noted above by 12 NOON, Monday, March 25th. Failure to cancel by this date will cause you to be assessed a late penalty of $35.00.
